Hello world!
So as usual I took pics this morning although I'm not sure how accurate they are because I ate my dinner around 9:00pm and I drank a lot of water before bed and this picture was taken at 4:30am so not a lot of time had passed since my last meal.  But here goes nothing!  Don't mind my sleepy face in these pics haha:

The early mornings feel a little difficult to start but once I get going and out to the gym I feel ready to take on the day!!  I made it to work on time with everything I needed and to my evening lifting workout.  For the most part my evening lifting routine is divided up each day of the week to work on a different body part.  Tonight was Abs/Biceps/Triceps and it takes me about 40 minutes to get through the routine.  I don't like to waste time at night because after work I'm ready to get it done and head home!  I don't waste time during sets or take long rests and I'm able to lift heavier weights!  Gotta build that muscle!!!
