I've been really trying to get ahead on prepping enough food and meals so that way I'm not behind. I've been packing my lunch box each night before work and keeping it in the fridge. Here are the break down of my meals:
- Sweet potato pancakes- I always eat these at home (never pre-made! I love breakfast so I decide to wake up with enough time to make fresh breakfast and enjoy it!)
- Chocolate protein shake (I make this the night before when I have to work early in the morning)
- Salmon and brussel sprouts
- Tilapia and okra
- Greek yogurt and Pineapple
- Ground bison, egg whites and salad with colorful raw veggies and spinach
- Optional last meal: Protein shake
And here's how my fridge looks with all this prepped and stored!
I eat plenty of food, I'm not starving myself by any means! I mean it's a pretty Forrest Gump approach. When I'm hungry, I eat. Pretty simple. I'm keeping my meal plans the same and I get a cheat day next weekend because one of my fabulous friends who's like a sista is coming to visit and I am so excited!!! She's training for a show in July so we will be doing some meal prep for her, doing some lifting and working out together and having some fun!!! I can't wait and plus we are both DREAMING about our cheat day! I will post plenty of pictures!!!
